Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she quit the sport of gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16. Within a year she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years and set higher targets each year. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her college diploma. Then she returned in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position in the Fitness Division even though she not having any expectations. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's favorite body part to train includes her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with a machine, and bent-over rows. She usually warms up first before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lighter weight and the other heavier weight day.
